CHICKEN DINNER FOR WOOFERS

6-8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

4 quarts water or chicken broth

1/2 lb chicken livers

2 cups Happy Dog Grain Free

dash of salt

black pepper

rosemary

poultry seasoning

3 cups uncooked rice

Put all but rice & Happy Dog into a large stock pot.  Bring to a boil, then turn heat to lowest setting and simmer for 3-4 hours.  Use a hand blender to "cream" the soup.  Add the rice and Happy Dog veggies.  Simmer another 20 minutes.  Let cool (it will thicken) and ladle into individual servings.  Refrigerate or freeze.......when it's dinner time, warm for a couple of minutes in the microwave.....let cool a bit and add garnish (milk bones or other treat).

A variation is to take out the chicken and chop into bite size pieces...add back to the broth along with the rice and veggies.
